Special Audit of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS)
Special Audit conducted in 7176 PACS out of 7699 PACS affiliated to 18 CCBs. Respective DLICs have recommended recapitalisation assistance on behalf of these PACS to SLIC. Total financial package assessed and recommended by SLIC for release so far is detailed below:

- Gujarat State Coop. Union (GSCU) identified as nodal agency to coordinate and organise training programmes for capacity building.
- 15 Master Trainers trained by BIRD, Lucknow, on training modules for PACS Secretaries and elected members.
- 129 District Level Trainers (DLTs) trained by Master Trainers
- DLTs imparted training to 6,978 PACS Secretaries at District/ Taluk level.
