Special Audit of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS)
Special Audit conducted in 4490 PACS out of 4528 PACS affiliated to 38 CCBs. Respective DLICs have recommended recapitalisation assistance on behalf of these PACS to SLIC. Total financial package assessed and recommended by SLIC for release so far is detailed below:

Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 amended through Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2007 and Official Gazette issued 13 December 2007. |
Introduction of CAS/MIS |
Common Accounting System (CAS) and Management Information System (MIS) for PACS and Manual on CAS/MIS have been circulated amongst PACS by the RCS. The printing of registers for CAS is under process. |
HRD Initiatives |
- Apex Bank Training College, Bhopal identified as nodal agency to coordinate and organise training programmes for capacity building in the state.
- 13 master trainers trained by BIRD, Lucknow on training modules for PACS Secretaries and elected members
- 179 District Level Trainers (DLTs) trained by the Master Trainers
- DLTs imparted training to 5,380 PACS functionaries and 6,183 elected members at District / Taluka level.
