Assessment of Recapitalisation Assistance | 1. Special Audit of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS)
Special Audit conducted in 2602 PACS out of 2732 PACS affiliated to 17 CCBs. Respective DLICs have recommended recapitalisation assistance on behalf of these PACS to SLIC. Total financial package assessed and recommended by SLIC for release so far is detailed below:

HRD Initiatives |
- ACSTI of OSCB, Bhubaneswar, Madhusudan Institute of Coop. Management (MICM) and Orissa State Coop. Union (OSCU) identified as nodal agencies to coordinate and organise training programmes for capacity building in the state.
- 22 master trainers trained by BIRD, Lucknow on training modules for PACS Secretaries and elected members
- 104 District Level Trainers (DLTs) trained by the Master Trainers
- DLTs imparted training to 4,111 PACS functionaries and 2,815 elected members at District / Taluk level
