Execution of MoU	Executed on 03 January 2008
Monitoring through SLIC & DLIC	Constitution of State Level Implementing Committee (SLIC)/ DCCB Level Implementing Committee (DLIC) notified on 28 February 2008. One meeting of SLIC held at SLIC level. 24 DLIC meetings in various districts
Cooperative Reforms	Final Draft Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act (Amendment) has been forwarded to Govt. of Tamilnadu. State Govt. is yet to issue ordinance.
Introduction of CAS/MIS	Common Accounting System (CAS) and Management Information System (MIS) for PACS and Manual on CAS/MIS have been circulated amongst PACS by the RCS. It has been decided to go for computerisation directly as the State already has a double entry system of book keeping in conformity with prescribed CAS/ MIS.
HRD Initiatives	Training material translated in local language. ACSTI, NICM, Madurai and Natesan Institute of Training Centre, Chennai have been identified as nodal agencies to coordinate and organize training programme for capacity building in the State. 6 master trainers trained by BIRD, Lucknow on training modules for PACS Secretaries and elected members.
