Objectives / Goals

 
To link human resources with the strategic goals and objectives of the Institution in order to improve its business performance and develop an organizational culture that fosters innovation and flexibility.
 
Strategies :
 
To develop a highly committed and competent workforce with adequate succession planning .
   
To tap the special skills or core competencies of its human resources and utilize their full potential to the organisation's advantage by proper placement.
   
To undertake recruitment, selection and posting based on the manpower planning. To be a catalyst for change, continually developing, strategies, parameters and performance assessment methodology in order
to incorporate objectivity into the HR process. To use human resource
as a strategic partner in the formulation of the organisation's
strategies.
   
To manage the wide, cross-cultural workforce and at times take on a consulting role enabling to build an employee oriented culture and climate. .
