- Finalization / preparation and circulation of agenda, proceedings and minutes of Board meetings, Executive Committee, Sanctioning Committee and Management Committee Meetings and follow up of decisions / compliances.
- Matters relating to constitution of Board and appointment of Chairman, MD, Director of Board / other Committees of Board (i.e. Executive Committee, Management Committee, Sanctioning Committee under RIDF).
- Publication of Annual Accounts in the Gazette of India.
- Dispatch of Annual Reports to GoI for placing before Parliament.
- Work relating to amendment to the NABARD Act, 1981, NABARD General Regulations, 1983, NABARD (Additional) General Regulations, 1984.
- Co-ordination of Financial Inspection by RBI and follow up action thereon, including submission of compliance.
- Coordination, preparation of Background note and follow up of Chairman’s / MD’s discussions with State Governments.
- Consolidation of Monthly Demi Official Letters received from the Regional Offices (Ros) and summarizing it for the information of MD.
- Work relating to Committee on Financial Inclusion.
