Draft modules for Secretaries and elected representatives of PACS
The training module for elected members of PACS focuses on issues such as the amended Cooperative Societies Act and governance, resource mobilization, loans and recovery and non-fund businesses.
The training module for Secretaries of PACS is based on the core ‘doing existing things better’, and hence focuses on housekeeping and common accounting system, the legal requirements and role of Secretary, different types of loan and deposit products and NPA management. The module will initiate them into areas of business diversification which will be covered in the second round of training for Secretaries in greater detail
