- After entering in the respective register maintained for the purpose, these are marked to the HO Departments/Regional Offices (ROs) concerned for obtaing the required information/status.
- Based on the information/data received from the HO depts./ROs, reply to GoI/Institutions are prepared
- After obtaining approval by the competent authority replies are sent to GoI or Institutions as the case may be, before the due date.

Visit of various Parliamentary Committees |
- On receipt of the advice of the impending Parliamentary Committee visit, the same is entered in the register maintained for the purpose.
- Where NABARD is designated as the Chief Coordinator for the visit, a senior officer of the department in HO is identified to coordinate visit and communicate the address and telephone number to the parliament secretariat and Ministry concerned.
- Prepare notes for presentation before the committee as well as additional notes for the top management.
- Advise the respective ROs where NABARD is required to participate in the discussion as an invitee.
- Furnish compliance to the commitee's observation/suggestion

Farm Credit Package |
- Issue of guidelines to ROs, Cooperative Banks & RRBs from time to time regarding salient features of Farm Credit package, guidelines for setting of realistic annual/ quarterly targets for credit flow to agriculture, steps for effective monitoring at State/ district level;
- Monthly/ quarterly/ annual review of progress on basis of data received from ROs/ IBA;
- Regular review Meetings with banks/agencies for feedback/ suggestions, etc;
- Initiating policy changes on basis of feedback received from various quarters;
- Information pertaining to RRBs and Cooperative banks under this package is obtained from NABARD ROs while that of Commercial banks is furnished by Indian Banks Association (IBA). The data received is compiled, consolidated and analysed. The report, along with the data approved by the competent authority is sent to GoI every month.

Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme, 2008 |
- Issue of guidelines to RO-in-Charges, Cooperative Banks and RRBs regarding Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme, 2008, Monitoring of the Scheme and reporting to GoI from time to time.

- Cases involving Policy Announcements are examined and analysed by Officers in Grade A to E and decisions are taken by Senior Executives (Grade F and above)
- The guidelines are finalised by the Competent Authority after they have been examined and vetted by officers in various Grades
