The Department having two divisions viz. Central Data Division
and Central Library, is headed by GM
with the support of one three AGMs, two Managers, three AMs, five
Clerks, three Typists and five Group'C' staff members
The work allocations and duties of the
officers are given below:
The Department looks after Data warehousing,
Publications of Reports &
E-journal, Internal & External Circulars , Scrutiny of data in PLPs, Management of Central Library at
H.O. For this purpose GM-OIC (A. K. Srivastava ) is assisted by 2 AGMs [S/ Shri S.M. Wakude ,
H.S.Singh ], two Managers[S/Shri JPS Ahuja, Pushpa Motiramani)] and AM[(Shri
P.S. Muley , Smt. Jyoti Nainiwal, Smt. Sangmitra) ] who are looking after
CSID-CDD and AGM[Shri P H Mehendale]
who is dealing with the work of CSID-Central Library.

Procedure followed in the decision making process, including
channels of supervision and accountability
|
Hierarchy based decision making process with group approach is
adopted for performing the functions of the Department. Each case is
processed by AM/Manager with the support of Clerical staff and is put up to
higher grade officers for final decision with the accountability at each
level.

Norms set by it for the discharge of its functions
|
While discharging the functions of the Department, an action
on each of the activities, is taken in accordance with the specific norms,
policy decisions and rules set out by NABARD.

functions
|
The undermentioned Divisions follow very strictly the rules,
regulations, instructions, manuals etc. while discharging their functions.

A statement of the categories of documents that are held by it
or under its control
|
Documents on each of the cases processed by the Sections of
CDD and Central Library, are held under the control of the Department. The
concerned Clerical staff and Officers are responsible to manage, control and
upkeep the documents. The categorisation of documents is unit wise and a
separate file is opened for each specific case.
Policy /Instructions files are separately
documented by respective Section of CDD and Central Library. Total number of
the files in the Department comes to 145.
