NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS) started functioning as a company w.e.f. 17 November 2003 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD. NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS) leverages on the core competence of NABARD in the areas of agriculture and rural development, especially multidisciplinary projects, banking, institutional development, infrastructure, capacity building, etc.
