Please refer to our circular No. 289/MCID/ 09 /2018 dated 10 December 2018 on the captioned subject attaching there with a ‘User manual' for banks with the said circular for use of EShakti portal at branch level and controlling/ corporate office levels of banks to facilitate in generating various reports available under the portal. 
 
Under the menu ‘Loan Application’, we have introduced an additional feature for the banks at corporate/ HO level, RO/ State level and at district level to access reports with number of SHG loan applications pending at national level, State level and district level. Further, a provision to generate the reports pertaining to the list of SHG loan applications approved/ rejected by the banks is also made available. The detailed instructions are given in the Annexure for your reference.

1. Instructions for accessing Loan application pendency report from ‘https://eshakti.nabard.org’
The period wise pendency on SHG loan applications pending with banks is now made available under bank logins at HO, RO and district levels (Home-> Loan Application -> Pendency Report). 
 
Under the HO level logins, bankers can view State wise information on the number of SHG loan applications pending for less than 1 month, up to 3 months and more than 3 months. 
 
On selecting a particular State, HO team can view district wise information of the pendency.
 
By selecting the district, branch wise pendency of loan applications in the selected district is displayed
 
By clicking the pendency classification, they can view the SHGs along with their loan application date, grading marks and type of SHG (NRLM/Non-NRLM). 
 
Similarly with RO/ State and district level logins of banks (Home->Loan Application->Pendency Report), bankers can view the respective information and further filter and view district, branch and SHG wise information as follows.

On selecting the branch, list of SHGs with the application details is generated
 
 Under the district level logins of bankers, branch wise pendency status is displayed as follows.
 
On selecting the branch, details of SHG wise loan applications is generated.
 
2. Instructions for accessing Loan application Approved/ Rejected report
The report with list of loan applications approved/ rejected by the banks is now made available under bank logins at HO, RO, district & branch levels (Home-> Loan Application -> Approved/ Rejected Report). 
 
After selecting the ‘Approved/ Rejected Report’ option (for all the levels of bank logins), suitable filters for State, district and branch are to be applied.
