Please refer to our circulars No. 97/DoR-31/2018-19 dated 14 May 2018 and 251/DoR-69/2019 dated 16 August 2019 on the captioned subject, advising Banks to upload the progress in implementation of KCC schemes in the ENSURE portal by 15th of the month succeeding the reporting month.
2. As the position of reporting by Banks on the ENSURE Portal has more or less stabilized, it has been decided to revise the due date for submission of KCC returns on the portal to 10th of the succeeding month. This will enable us to report the consolidated progress report to the Govt. of India by 15th of the month to enable review under KCC saturation drive initiated by Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare on a time bound manner.
3. Taking into account the reporting requirements prescribed by Govt. of India, Banks are requested to adhere to the due dates so that the progress for the respective month is correctly reflected. Banks are also requested to ensure that the KCC data being reported is free of errors.
4. State Cooperative Banks in the three tier structure may also play the role of supervising timely and correct reporting by the DCCBs affiliated to them.
