THE IMPACT

• 300 acres covered by Happy Seeder machine
• 80 percent farmers in project area have incorporated the new technique of straw management
• 300 acres of wheat have replaced standing stubbles of paddy
• Labour and machine cost reduced to ? 2,000 - ? 2,500 per acre
