Dr. Harsh Kumar Bhanwala, Chairman, #NABARD attended the 10th anniversary function of Utkarsh Group as the chief guest on 2 October 2019 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. On this occasion, a panel discussion was held on “consolidation and more new banks: solving the puzzle of Indian banking”. While well-known business journalist and author Shri Tamal Bandyopadhyay moderated the session, Shri G R Chintala, Chief General Manager, NABARD participated in it as one of the panel members.
