National Bank Staff College

National Bank Staff College (NBSC) was set up in the year 1986 to cater to the training needs of officers of NABARD. The College's primary objective is to enhance the knowledge and skills of officers in order to improve the Bank's human resources. Apart from training at the college campus, various on-location programmes are also conducted in different parts of the country to provide exposure to field-level developments.

Bird Lucknow

Established in 1983 to address the capacity-building needs of the stakeholders, Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow, is an autonomous institution promoted by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), the Development Bank of the country. BIRD is a premier institution for providing training, research, and consultancy services in the field of agriculture and rural development banking in India and abroad.

Bird Mangaluru

The Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Mangaluru is an ISO 9001:2015 certified training institute established in November 1984 by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). The institute undertakes comprehensive manpower development of all banking institutions, besides government and non-government agencies including NBFCs-MFIs throughout the country. The focus is on honing the human resource skills of the stakeholder institutions having defined roles in advancing agricultural productivity and social engineering as the means to accelerate rural prosperity.

Bird Kolkata

Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Kolkata, a training establishment for undertaking training, research, and consultancy in the area of agriculture and rural development banking was established in 1984 by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). The Institute is engaged in training and capacity building of the officials of the Rural Financial Institutions viz., Commercial Banks (CBs), Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), Cooperative Banks, Government and Non-Government organizations, particularly in Eastern and North Eastern Region. It organizes in-house and on-location training programmes, besides customized programmes for banks, workshops/seminars and studies of current interest, etc. with a team of committed faculty members.
