NABCONS a fully owned subsidiary of NABARD

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), Andaman & Nicobar Regional Office celebrated 14th Foundation day of Nabard Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (NABCONS), a fully owned subsidiary of NABARD on  November 17  in their conference hall at Port Blair. The celebration began with cutting of cake jointly by Smt. Rashmi Singh, IAS, Secretary Industries, Mr. Ramesh Verma, IAS, Secretary Co-operation cum RCS and Mr. Hemant Songadkar, General Manager, NABARD, Port Blair who is also the Principal Consultant of NABCONS at Port Blair. Other dignitaries viz. Mr.  Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Vice-Chairman, Andaman & Nicobar StCB, Mr. Ravinder Rao, Managing Director, Andaman & Nicobar StCB, Shri Ajit Anand, Director (IC), Industries Department, Mr. Chandrasekhar, Director, Fisheries,   Shri Bardhan, Senior Veterinary Officer, Animal Husbandry and Mr. M A Salaam, Retired Director, Agriculture attended the function.

While making a detailed presentation on the achievement, assignments contracted, clientele and financials of NABCONS, Mr.  Hemant Songadkar solicited support from UT Administration in reposing faith in NABCONS for their consultancy assignments as NABCONS believes in delivering quality services and output through a proper laid down procedure. Mr. Ramesh Verma while wishing NABCONS on its 14th birthday has assured to seek consultancy services from NABCONS as and when required. Smt. Rashmi Singh wholeheartedly appreciated NABARD’s innovative style of celebrating the birthday of NABCONs and was impressed with the performance and growth of NABCONS. She expressed happiness over the synergy of efforts being ensured by General Manager NABARD and indicated that since NABCONS has a pool of technical and financial experts and believes in timely and quality output, it can be best suited for the requirement of the Islands. Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma wished NABCONS all the best for its future endeavours and also assured to seek support from NABCONS whenever required.
