Shri Budithi Rajsekhar is an IAS officer of the 1992 batch from Andhra Pradesh Cadre. He is a B.E (Mechanical) graduate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (System Management), IIM, Ahmedabad and Master in Public Administration, Harvard University.

Prior to being appointed as Special Chief Secretary, Agriculture, Marketing & Cooperation Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Budithi Rajsekhar has held several portfolios like Special Chief Secretary – Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, school Education, Principal Secretary – School Education, Agriculture and Marketing, Secretary – Social Welfare, Commissioner, Civil Supplies, Director, Backward Classes, District Collector of Nellore and Ananthapurm Districts of Andhra Pradesh.
